  NATO pledged unlimited help and support for Ukraine with no restrictions, limitations or time lines.  This includes, but is not limited to, consultants/ (a.ka., combat troops) and hardware/ (a.k.a, advanced weapon systems).  Putin, being left with no reasonable alternative, called up 300k reserve troops and annexed the 20% of Ukraine that is currently held by Russian forces;  Subsequently, it was declared sovereign territory.  The annexation was a result of a referendum whereby the local residents were allowed to vote on the move.  This of course elevates and complicates things to a whole new level.  Principally because NATO swears they will not recognize or respect these new boundaries. 
  So on its face, it looks like World War 3; 
However, the origins and catalyst for todays animosity between Ukrainian Nationalists and Russian Nationalists is HERE ->  "HOW THE TALMUDIC STALIN STARVED UKRAINE - THE HOLODOMOR"
